@Behrooz: Many Thanks Dear Behrooz! but i don't understand the meaning of your question. if you want to know what filter and effect had used in this photo, I used HDR filter in photoshop and changing the shadow/highlight...and then i changed the photo to duotone.

Looks like an etching, or a daguerrotype. Looks like chaos, but (re)move one element and the composition will be gone or damaged. Very skilfull!

kaveh, I haven't forgotten about you... I've just been having a few probs with my dial-up and have only gotten to a few sites. Having said that: this is really a fantastic image. You used the right tones and definitions to give an otherwise mundane image a wonderful essence!
